Is it possible to use paddle shift steering wheel on tiptronic Solara?

I was just thinking of how cool and the safety factor that would exist if there was a paddle/button shift steering wheel which would fit in our Solaras. I was just not sure if the airbag would be compatible from a new steering wheel with paddle shifting. Any ideas would be very helpful.

Oh good point...

I was thinking more along the lines of the new IS250/350 auto paddle shifting. I guess it's not possible which is c'est la vie LOL...
