How do disconnect my day time running lights 2000 solara

Im trying to disconnect my day time running lights on my 2000 solara V6 SLE.

I've tried to pull out the day time running light fuse , but its still on.

The day time running lights keep burning out my shitty 40 dollar H4's

Disconnect the grey plug in the engine bay on the passenger side to disconnect the DRL. Your lights will only come on automatically at night when the gray plug is disconnected.

If you wanted to totally disconnect the DRL, you can disconnect the gray plug inside the engine bay as I siad and also disconnect the sensor inside the car located on the passenger side dashboard (just pop out the sensor and disconnect).

Hope that helps you.
