2000 Solara Middle Console Removal Help

Hey, anyone know how to take out the middle console (part with ebrake) in a 2000 toyota solara auto?

I think there are some screws in the armrest compartment that you need to take out

a haynes manual would tell you exactly what else you needed

I think he means the shifter area right? What exactly are you trying to do? Install a aftermarket stereo system? If that's the case start with the ciggarette lighter area and slowly pop off the clips until you get to the whole thing.

first your need to take out the part that is surrond your shifter, just imply pull. then you will need to loose two screws that connect that armrest piece to the center counsole. and than open your arm rest and take out the buttom flate piece, you should see some screw as well. i think thats it, also check if there is any screw holes next the the car seats.
