i want to know if during winter my skirt would crack.

i know i would need to be carefull be i want to know if it is driveable

I'm not sure which skirt you're talking about... OEM or aftermarket? Generally bodykits are made either of fiberglass or polyurathane. Poly is considerably stronger than fiberglass, so if you have the OEM kit, chances are you'll be fine.

depends on the quality of glass used. How thick and how many layers. Does the skirt appear wavy? Are there noticable bumps on the back of ths skirt? If yes dont expect it to survive.

there is NOOOO WAAY that kit is going to do well going through a Montreal Winter. Dude, if you want to do that to your car, buy a BEATER car first man. look for a mid 90's corolla or an echo and save up for the kit after you buy the beater. just an FYI.

with the clearance on that front lip, i doubt it'll survive a montreal summer..
