Theres gotta be something wrong with it. First off look at the title, then look in the engine bay.... but still, its going for pretty cheap...

i think the guy just looks at the ripp unit and thinks it is a turbo... as most people do...

i dunno - could be engine damage, but there is a good amount of stuff to part out, to make $$$

I believe that was the first solara with the Ripp Charger, I wonder why its for sale so cheap.....
