Blacking out headlights

I have been thinking about blacking out my headlights for a while now, but never had the guts to actually do it. Has anyone done it to there solara, if so any suggestions?

P.S. its a 2006 solara Se V6

You cannot buy them for a 2006, so you will have to crack yours open and make them yourself......
