Uneven clearance between tire and fender?

Posted this on another forum, but figured I'd try here too.

Has anyone experienced this...

I went to check how much clearance I have between the rear tire and the fender today, and noticed that on one side (the driver's side), I can slip my hand in between the tire and fender (approximately half an inch of space). When I go around to the passenger's side to check it out, I can't get my hand in there, there's at most 1/8" between the fender and the tire... and on the tire, you can clearly see where it's rubbing.

Now, is there anyway I can even out the gap between the two sides? Jack up the car and try to push everything over to the driver's side?

Why the heck did this happen in the first place? If I can take care of this, it should take care of my rubbing without rolling the fenders...

PS I did get an alignment and have the printout... did they fudge up somewhere?

Nope... I had jacked car up to check, and coilovers are even. Looks like the first place I went to just did a shoddy alignment.

PS SolaraTRD, I had another alignment done at a different shop, and they were able to get the tire into the wheel well entirely; no more rubbing even on dips.

The TRD kit for my generation (and camry at the time) were made by MollyDesigns.

I ordered from them instead of going through the dealer, saved me an extra $600 from what the crazy dealer was asking for. Same exact kit and quality. poly-urathane, not fiber-glass. Toyota at the time bought the kits and rebadged them.
