Question Air Conditioning Problem...

Solara 2000 - Come On People - Please Help. I posted a thread regarding water in my rear foot-well. I now know that the water is coming out of the AC Vents under the passenger seat. This happens once the car has stopped with the engine off. I also noticed that there is no water (drip) appearing under the car as it used to. Someone must have a handel on this. Please help. Thanks.

There should be a tube snaked down from your AC under the dash and thru a hole in the floor. Probably against the firewall and under the carpet. (Look at where the carpet stops up under the dash for a 'probably' black rubber hose.) Sounds like it's clogged. You might crawl under the car and run a stiff but flexible wire or rod thru it. Or if you can pull it loose from the AC unit you can clear that hole and the hose from inside.

sounds like the hose in stuck under the carpet, just pull up the carpet and put the hose back through the floor opening
