Hi everyone. I'm new to the Solara forums.
Just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm 22 from Riverside California
I have an '01 Solara 5-speed.
Althought it's stock still, I've recently been thinking about moding it somewhat.
Probably just lowering it, wheels and stuff like that. Just a facelift probably, but who knows.
Anyway. Hope everyone has a safe and fun Memorial Day Weekend.
One of the things I heard for the GEN1 that is highly recamended... the short throwshifter. Once u go short-throw, you'll never go back. (from what I heard. )
I wouldn't settle for an auto. My mom hates that she can never drive it... but its better that way.
And the short-shifter huh? I'm not sure if I'm into that anymore, i wrecked a EJ doing that kind of stuff. I think I've grown out of that stage now, all show... no go. :
Question though.... did they make a V6 gen1 in manual??
