Wondering if anyone could give me some thoughts on why I have a really annoying rear rattle. I have Tein coilovers on my 2000 solara set right now at about a 1.75'' drop. When I drive the car alone I hardly hear any rattle, over some bumbs I do, but nothing enough where its really annoying. When I have a passenger in the front the rattle begins, pretty much at all speeds, if its a really smooth road its fine, but being in chicago that is hardly ever.
I have heard some thoughts that it might be because I have an aftermarket whiteline rear sway bar which that could be the problem. I replaced that about 3 years ago, maybe it just needs the bushings re-greased? Would be simple cheap fix which I hope would fix the problem. Anyone out there have any ideas? I'd really really appreciate it, I seriously can't do my hour commute any more with the RATTLE!
