Headers, CAI/SRI, Exhaust ?

Is it worth it? i've done some research on SG about SRI/CAI and CPE seem to be the only intake with noticeable gains. Headers are hard to find and what kind of performance gains does an exhaust really give you?

If someone has some spare time to discuss this i'd appreciate it.

if you are to do this mods to your vehicle which one would be the first?why?

not sure. i believe on the 93 accord using the stock f22a engine, the intake gave maybe 3 hp, header gave maybe 4-5, and exhaust gave a little bit.

so with the bolt ons it was still under 10 hp i think.

do you have suspension mod already? i always felt the suspension on solara need replacement because it is tooooo soft. i would just go for exhaust becasue intake made you lose low end torque and header is too expensive.
