Rubbing

I recently found out that my rear tires/wheels are rubbing against my rear struts.
For some reason, the offset on solaras are horrible in the back (there is almost a two inch clearance outward).

suspension set up: Tokico struts, ~1.6 drop on Eibachs, and TRD rear sway bar.
Wheel/tire: 18s with a 45 offset, 225/40/18 tires

I am currently looking at some new rims to solve this issue, but i dont want to get a different offset in the rear. I want to be able to rotate my tires, so the only solution i could think of were spacers.

so i guess my question is what size spacer should i get? (i was thinking 10 to 15 mm)
or if you guys have other suggestions.
