hmm... interesting. I need major exhuast work done soon, if not, now. I have to find out what exactly needs to be replaced first though. Having said that, I'm in if its worth it instead of geting OEM replacements.

Phi: I would strongly suggest you to stay away from the OEM one because it has several drawbacks.

1. Restrictive - you won't get better fuel mileage.
2. Expensive - as always for OEM parts.

With one that's custom made not only you'll get better fuel mileage, you'll definitely gain some performance out of it (both HP and torque). It should also last for quite sometime because it's made of stainless steel.

Is this for the Gen3s? And by custom made, does that mean I need my car there? I'm in California by the way, otherwise I'm in.

On a small note, "SE V6" got his 2002 Camry V6 y-pipe done at Ultimate Racing and he's very satisfied with it.

To those who haven't heard about the shop, Ultimate Racing made the 3rd fastest NA Civic in North America. They can even make turbo manifold for any car.

How much is it in $US? Seems like its more than the cattman y-pipe which comes with a high flow cat.

Ok, here is an update to the Y-pipe groupbuy info:

Due to the enormous response that I get from US camry/solara V6 owners, I gave a call to Johnson again this morning and ask for more information.

Since the inital groupbuy does not include a cat, he will now include a high-flow cat to each Y-pipe and the price will be CDN$750. Shipping is USD$20 to anyone from the US who wish to order.

If we can get total of 10 orders from everyone then shipping cost will be waived.

The Y-pipe will have a flex-joint (like the stock piece) and the whole piece is made of stainless steel, it is a 100% bolt-on piece with a high-flow cat included.

If anyone who wish to order please send an email to kamuri@tt-cc.com and provided your full name, email address, year/model of your camry/solara, your mailing address, and the methods of payment. VISA, Mastercard, MO, check, and Paypal are accepted.

So for all the US owners, $750CAN is equal to $472USD.
