Is it the gas cap, the charcoal filter or the vsv vale? If it is the vsv is it the one near the manifold or do I have to replace the whole charcoal filter? My dealer only selss the canister not the valve in it.

Its almost always a VSV issue. You would have to do some testing to figure out if its the one in front or rear.
