I am new and have questions about posts. Posts indicate gen for a year what is the 2003 solara gen? Inaddition, will the body kit for the 2004 thru 2006 solara, dealer installed fit the 2003 model or some minor modification needed which I am presently trying to find. Your help concerning these questions will be helpfull. Thanks Tiberius

the 2003 solara is a gen 1.5. The gen 1 ran from 1999-2001 I believe, then there was a slight facelift for 02-03, thus the gen 1.5 The dealer installed kit for the second gen solara will not fit your model, but check out this link for the TRD/Kaminari lip kit that will fit your car:
