Need Advice - Parting out Supercharged '99 Solara SLE V6

As per the mod, i'm alerting you fellas to this thread.

Basically, my Solara is on a complete second drivetrain and something wasn't installed properly. I can no longer keep repairing the little shit that goes wrong (right now it keeps misfiring on cyl 4 and suddenly lost a buncha power.)

I am going to pull the engine and tranny if anyone is interested - around 30k miles on both items.

Here's the beef - it's also got a 2nd gen TRD/Kazuma blower with around 50k on it as well including the strut bar and auto trans computer. I'm looking for feedback on these items with ragards to how much demand there is and maybe receiving some offers so I can get an idea.

I've made one offer so far and will say i'm starting high. Everything is in great condition, but I need to buy a daily driver and am SOL, so i need to make some mula asap.

Your absolute best bet is to list the supercharger and strut brace on ebay seperately- then list the auctions here in the for sale section as well as on solara guy. I guarantee both will sell for a pretty solid price. Make sure with the supercharger to include the idler assembly with all of the pulleys, brackets, hardware, etc and you will get good money for it! good luck!

^^Damon's definitely right. You'll make some really good money from the SC alone. There's always plenty of people on solaraguy.org that are looking for them, plus they know their discontinued and they'll have to pay for it if they want it. Price of going fast i guess. good luck with the sales.
