Question ???sway Bars???

I have been looking for while for parts for a GEN I Solara. I havn't found much. I was really trying to stiffin up the suspension. I loweerd my 01 with the Eibach Pro kit. I also used Tokico shocks. This all helped allout and it looks better droped 2"

However, I can't find antisway bars any where. Well, i found one they still make a TRD RSB but TRD means $$$ Has anyone used the TRD sway bar? or does anyone know where to find a good deal on some good sway bars???

theres a few sites that carry the TRD rsb...i have one on my 03 camry SE and it makes a huge difference...it stiffens up the rear end and keeps it from breaking loose as much as it does...it also makes a huge difference when coupled with a good suspension (you already have the prokit so youre good to go)

Any swaybar for the gen4 and 4.5 Camry will work on the gen 1 and 1.5 Solara. Whitline and TRD are the way to go. Whiteline is nice and just a bit cheaper then the TRD.

pm the user NVDIS1 on solaraguy.com- he works at a toyota dealer and can get you a deal on the TRD RSB. great mod for the money, really helps a lot with body roll and understeer!

I was doing the energy suspension kit (PAIN IN THE>>>) and was going to get new bushing for the front bar but I know rear bars are out there. i got a quote from the dealer it was like 180 and they said they might be able to do better

Is the bar the same from gen1-4?? I have seen the whitline bars they are bigger then trd

I love my TRD RSB, definitely worth it...

Replacing your bushings to polyurethane bushings is also an awesome suspension upgrade too. I got mine here:
http://www.superpro.com.au/superpro.html

you can also check this out, I believe I had to contact the POC listed in the below link to order mine:
http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.p...light=bushings

It's been a while, so I'm not sure if they still make them, but worth a try if your interested.

did you pm reggie like I told you to? NVDIS1 on solaraguy.com. If you dont want to do that, then try making a post in the WTB section. We dont get much solara traffic in here so I doubt someone is going to have those parts.

I was trying to find soemthing a little different. I know Whiteline makes a RSB and I heard of someone at one time getting a FSB from them as well. Does anyone know if there are any other Co. that make bars for a 01 Solara?

I think hes making an honest answer since he knows a great deal about solaras. There is not much out there- all I know of is whiteline and TRD, I have never heard of JIC or any other company making bars for the solara... what does the TRD not offer that you need? IMO it offers more than a whiteline bar since it has 2 settings- I currently own both a TRD bar and a whiteline bar, so thats my take on it... I dont know of any other brands or see why you would need something different than those two options.

I'm just asking if anyone knows of any othe company that I might not know of. I am awear of TRD and Whiteline, both good, and hard to get cheap,

However, simply saying no is No help to anyone and kind of defeats the purpose of a fourm. I stand by it, if all you have to say is no then just don't bother to say it. "No", just makes you sound kind of simple.

The sway bar is around 130 CDN dollars. I recall Intrax does make a set of front and rear bars.
