Convertible problem

My 2001 has been awesome to date but two days ago the rag top just decided to stop working...I was wondering is there is a fuse/relay/sensor somewhere i am not finding i can check before getting dealer dogged on the $$'s

Hey Dave,

I was kind of hidin' and watchin' hoping someone with your generation Solara would chime in. You can't take this to the bank but on the Gen II Solara the fuse for the convertible top is in the under hood fuse box. Yours is 'probably' the same.

You should be able to find a fuse box diagram with labels in your owners manual and/or on the lid of the fuse box.
