02 Solara Rim Offset

Do anyone know the offset of solara rims, because im planning on puttin scion tc rims on my car. I know the tC's are 17x7", 5 lug on 100mm, 45mm offset.

It's not gonna fit.

Solaras have 5x114.3. Also that offset might rub the struts.

Actually Discount Tire Direct shows wheels with 40 and 45 offset as working for the Solara.

Thanks man. I was on www.Discounttiredirect.com looking at some MB Boost 18" wheels. The size they had was 48mm offset and it wasn't listed as a match for the Solara. That must be why? Could rub the struts. I don't think Discount Tire would list them when you search for matches by car model if there was a offset issue. They do list 42 and 45 offset 18" 5-114 matches though. Interesting thing is in 17" there appear to be a wider variety of matches from 38 to 48mm offset. I've already had the rear fenders rolled so no worries about a less than 42mm offset.

if u look at my avatar pic i am running mb battles with a good 42 offset give u some idea but if u have a really big drop on the car go with an 18 it looks more fitting and flush 17 looks weird with a big drop
