Check engine light

I have 2003 Solara, 48000 miles. Recently check light went on, showed code for the front sensor. I replaced both sensors, but after 100 miles check light came back with code P0420. We reset the codes & after 100 miles check light is back again, but with 3 codes: P0102 MAF CKT Low Input, P0113 Intake Air t CKT high input and P0420. The car runs fine. Any ideas what could be a problem? Thank you
