2000 Solara Transmission Shimmy (Shudder)

When my 2000 Solara shifts into overdrive I get a shimmy (shudder) after the shift.

Now for the trick of it all.... When the car is first started and gets on the highway (cold) the tranny shifts normal. After its had time to heat up is when the unit starts the shimmy/shudder into overdrive.

When traveling down the interstate around 75 mph, let off of the accelerator (momentary or have to slow down then speed up), then step back on the pedal again, I'll get the shimmy after the shift once again..

I have new motor and transmission mounts ... But the blasted shimmy after the shift is starting to become annoying..

I'm concern this will eventually destroy my transmission..

Any ideas what it will take fr me to fix this?
