Question pass door glass sticks

I am new. I have a 2001 solara. my passenger window gets stuck when i close the door- it gets caught on the black rubber (molding?)anyhoo. i took to dealership and they claimed to have adjusted it and it worked fine for on day then wham the next day it is sticking again.... any suggestions?

also my tires are really loud and noisy. 7/32 on 3 tires 11/32 on the other. Currently have Dayton 205 65 15. should i replace tires?

one last thing- brakes squeal constantly- dealer replaced pads, front and back rotors and put on shimmys all this brake work cost me almost a grand! and they still squeak, dealer says nothing they can do. HELP

my car has 157,xxxx miles on it, but runs smooth.

Where is the window caugth on the molding? Front or back?

Some tires do drive noisier than others due to the compound used. Michelin tires seem to be the quietess but also cost more most of the time.

Sounds like the dealer didn't do their job properly on the brakes, did they use Toyota parts for the repair?

the window seals often stick to the window glass in the summertime...roll the windows down a bit, and im sure youll see a bit of black rubber film at ther top...take a razorblade (or steel wool i promise it wont scratch, as we use it at the dealer to remove adhesive) and some windex and scrape away this film...then, take a wet rag and clean the rubber molding out real good and it shouldent stick anymore...
as for the brakes, id get your recept and take it to another toyota dealer for a second opinion....oem brake parts done correctly shouldent squeal (although after sitting for a while they squeal a bit on the first brake application due to rust on the rotors)
the tires, id say thats just because you have dayton tires...more expensive michelin or yokohama tires tend to be much quieter

when i close the door the glass does not go under the molding it hits it then just sits on the outer part. If i go over and push on the very top of the window when closing the door it will close but otherwise it will not.

Both front and rear edges of the glass? Or just one end of the glass?

There are window stops that can be adjusted if that is the problem; however, it can also be a loose window regulator causing the window to tilt, and one end of it goes up slightly higher than the other.

From what it shows in the picture, the rear section of the window went up higher than the front, is that correct? Does the mirror show any signs of impact?

The window stops don't usually get out of adjustment for the amount of tilt that you are experience, I would lean more towards either the window regulator came loose or the mirror had been hit and the front window channel had collapsed enough to pinch the window at the front portion restricting its upward movement. I would definitely inspect the mirror first before any other work; compare the front channel with the left side.

Either way, you will need to remove the interior trim panel to inspect that. Unfortunately, right off hand I can not give you the steps on removing the trim panel.
