2000 Solara V6 - Check Engine Light

Hello All,
The check engine light on my 2000 Solara came on (the car has 100k miles & I changed the timing belt, water pump, etc. at 98k.) I reset the codes by disconnecting the battery for 20 min, which kept the light off for 20-30 miles, then it came back on.
Today, a scan at AutoZone produced the following message:

TROUBLESHOOTING P1150
OEM Brand: TOYOTA

Definition:
Air/Fuel sensor circuit range/Performance (bank 1 sensor 2)
Probable Causes:
1. Open or short circuit condition
2. Poor electrical connection

What should be done? Thanks

What is the fuel trim for Bank 1 Sensor 1, A/F sensor? Both long and short term? How about Bank 2 Sensor 1? Just for fun, is the PCV valve working, not stuck open? Might end up replacing the A/F sensor, but the above information may help to narrow it down.

N.E.O.
