04 Solara, please help identify problems and solutions

hey folks, I picked up an 04 Solara not too long ago and I noticed a couple of problems:

1) sunroof groaning noise when tilting ($600 to repair)
2) slight thump noise at the back when hard accelerating (no noise when going over bumps) - what could be the problem? I have removed my spare tire, jack, and everything in the trunk that could possibly make such noise. Initially I thought it was something in the trunk that was hitting the back when I accelerate but seems like it may be the strut/absorber/mount problem.
3) Rear tray is rattling (can I fix this by DIY? I have no idea how to remove the rear tray)
4) Creaking noise on front fake wood trims
5) driver seat window control panel housing fixed - Removed the housing and lined several parts with foam tape
6) some weird rattling noise on the front left of the dash
7) Shift lag problem - got the ecm reprogrammed by toyota this morning and it's now fixed

Could anybody identify these problems and possibly the solution to it? thanks

Take out the rear seat. The lower part of the tray should be exposed. Once out inspect the upper strut mounts that could be making the clunking noise.
