programing keys & HID questions!!!

already programed key... so here is my HID question...

has anyone ran into any problems with their hids? more specifically... the HID becoming too hot for the projector and damaging it... or kits shorting out... or any problems with the HID and the DRL system?

one more thing!!

where can i get some yellow fogs for my car? lookin for the yellow housing not necessarily the bulbs. but what bulbs do u guys recomend if i did decide to just go for the bulbs.

thanks in advance guys!!

Programing your Solara key

Hey, I was going through a similar problem in trying to program a new key for my 2002 Solara, and I had instructions but they were vague. Then I found these instructions and it worked!!! I was so happy not to spend all that money at the dealer. Here they are:

To Program An Additional Key:
1) Place an already programmed Master key (one that works all locks) in the ignition, but DO NOT turn on.
2) Press the GAS pedal five (5) times.
3) Press the BRAKE pedal six (6) times.
4) Remove the key from the ignition.
5) Insert the new key, but DO NOT turn it on.
6) Press the GAS pedal one (1) time only and wait about a minute for the security light to quit flashing.
7) Remove the key and Press the BRAKE pedal one (1) time only.
Wait at least ten (10) seconds, then re-insert the new key and start the car.

You can have a maximum of ten (10) transponder keys programmed into your car.

I hope this works for you too.
