mud flaps

After spending the last hour and a half under the sides rear and front of my 08 Solara convertible getting the road dirt and tar off the underside of the car I am considering something I have never considered namely mudflaps. The area behind the rear tires really were hit hard. Does anyone have any advice part numbers or experience with mud flaps for a Solara? In case you haven't been down there to look there is a lot of tumblehome area - area that you can't see that is still part of the car body that curves under the car. I like to detail my cars myself but this area is a pain to my 'senior' body.

If you have a generation II Solara ('04 or later) the solution is a very easy install and doesn't look nearly as bad as you've envisioned. I installed splashguards on my '04 and they look factory. You'll find details (and pictures) here: http://gadgetjq.com/solara/splashguard.htm

Cheers

They show a Blizzard Pearl part 00012-80789-21 at trdparts4u.com. I don't see a Blizzard white but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I'd suggest a phone call.

Cheers
