2000 Solara Wing Install - Need Help

I purchased a factory rear wing for my Solara, & I'm trying to figure out installation. It has 4 bolt holes, but it also has 3 recessed areas where it appears a clip or thin head bolt slides in. Does anyone know what these are for & what goes in them?

Also & most importantly, does anyone have a copy of the factory installation directions & the TEMPLATE for drilling holes. I'm sure I can do it w/o a template if I have to, but I'd prefer to know what the OEM directions are.

That was gonna be my first question...did they give you a template for it? I guess not tho... Not entirely sure, but that's something I definitely wouldn't want to mess up...I'd take it to a dealer and get a quote, especially since I don't have a template. that's just my .02 cents.
