Question about buying 04 Solara SE V6

HI everyone a newbie here...me and my wife are looking for decent used car for her (maybe something i could drive myself from time to time ) We have found 2004 Solara SE V6 (cloth interior i hate leather, have it in my car) Car is silver with almost 58K miles on the clock. As per carfax there was only one owner (car was leased) no problems whatsoever according to carmax. Dealer wanted 13K for the car (sold as is of course) and i was able to get the price down to $12200. Car appears to be in excellent condition. DO You guys think i'm making agood deal? I drive VW Passat but really like this solara good power, handling and beautiful cloth interior. I would like to go bak there tomorrow and maybe You guys can provide me with info on things i should be awere of, check on, ask for. IS this even a good price? Like i said car is detailed and so on so looks beautiful and i really like it so is she but thought i would ask owners, so here I'm...Thanks guys,

First off...

I own a 2005 SE 4cyl manual, mainly the problems I've been having are slight sunroof ticks and rattle (kinda solved) and had rear shocks replaced on a TSB for thump noise when going over bumps. There are several TSBs that you should find and read, as several apply to the V6 like the transmission hesitation issue (reflash helps reducing the issue) as well as a left pull issue. Some of these the dealer might fix free of charge, but some maybe out of warranty repairs.
