Crashed! need help with IDing parts

My car was recently hit by a drunk while i was at a red light. Its nothing too big but the hood and a few other parts im having trouble identifying got damaged. im having trouble figuring out the name of the white metal piece/ bar thats right behind the headlights and goes across from left to right where the hood used to lock in place. Here is a picture. Any help i can get will be appreciated

Usually called the "radiator support." Most of them are rectangular in shape with "wings to connect to the fenders. You may have to remove the front fenders to replace it. Pretty straight-forward job; just remember to de-activate your airbag system before you go fooling around in that area of the car. I suggest you pick up a service manual, such as the Haynes, to help you through the repair. Good luck. Hy
