Which Solara Repair Manual?

I just got a 2000 Solara SLE, which repair manual is helpful?

Haynes
Toyota Camry and Lexus Es 300 Automotive Repair Manual: Including Avalon and Camry Solara and Lexus Es 300 Models 1997 through 2001 OR Chilton's Toyota Camry 1997-01 Including Avalon, Solara, and Lexus Repair Manual?

I'm new to fixing cars, but want to learn so which one will be helpful and easy to understand.

Either one is fine. I've used both publishers' books over the years. The Chilton tends to be written for mechanics while the Haynes has more pictures and explanations. so for a person new to auto repair, the Haynes might be a better one for you. Good luck. Hy

I prefer Haynes, Chilton will work as well.

Also visit the AutoZone website having a lot of repair info in their vehicle repair guides. If Solara is not listed use Camry.
