Lightbulb Instrument Bulbs

I have a 99 solara and need to change the bulbs but can't find out how to get the dashboard apart

if you're talking about the center console, you need to take the ash tray out as well as the cigarette lighter, then pull from the bottom to the top, unplugging the connectors (i.e. cigarette, ash tray, 12v connectors, as well as hazard light and the clock). If you have the manual controls, the left and right knobs should pull off and there are two phillips heads screws on each side that need to be removed in order to gain access to the climate control bulbs.
