99 solara AC fan problem
I turn on my AC and the blower fan comes on but it is barely blowing. When I adjust the fan speed, nothing happens. Before it went out completely, it seemed to have a mind of its own. It would start at different speeds or sometimes just stop. I could turn the AC off and back on and sometimes that would fix the problem. I recently replaced the blower fan resistor, but it did not fix the problem. Also the resistor seems to be getting extremely hot. I checked the AC codes and it came up with 21 and 41. Does anyone know what that is and what I should replace next. Please be specific. I don't have an owners manual or a repair manual. Thanks
