1999 Solara Clock keeps blowing fuse

Recently my Solara's clock has stopped working (along with everything else, ignition switch light, trunk light, interior lights,etc).

I checked the fuse block and fuse 15 is shot. I replaced it and everything worked and then after minutes of driving it goes out again. This keeps happening and I have no idea why. Everything seems fine.

Any ideas of any common problems or issues in the electrical system that could be checked?

Also recently my mirror in the sun visor fell out and had to be rescrewed in, but I feel as though this is just a coincidence to the clock stopping working, as all the wires there to the mirror light seem fine.

Even with the mirror out and not even replaced it shorts out so that seems to eliminate that as a problem.
