Looking for some help

How's it going? I just purchased an '05 Solara SLE V6 with the JBL Nav system. The only problem is that the radio does not work. It does play and allow to be controlled through the steering wheel controls. I'm not able to do anything on the radio and don't see anything at all. I haven't gotten a chance to see if it may be a fuse, but figured that if so the radio wouldn't play at all.

The only reason why I took the car like this was to get a few hundred dollars off the price of the car. I didn't think it would be a big deal to try and figure out.

Can anyone make any suggestions of what else to do or check?

I'd check the fuses first

Checked them on Saturday. Nothing blown. When I took the two radio fuses that I found, the radio went out until I put them back in. Removed the radio and all connections were connected. Not sure if anyone has heard of the E7001 radios giving problems like this.
