Want to LED lights in my 99' Solara

I like to change my tails lights, back up, brake lights, to LED type lights.What all is involved in doing that ? Will it effect any of the othe bulbs in the car? Would it be a good idea for the turns signals also? What bulbs # would I need and from whom to buy them
Any advice would help

i bought my LEDs from www.autolumination.com also check out www.superbrightleds.com

As for sizes:
1157 - front turns/parking
921 - reverse lights
3157 - stop/tails
t16 or 921 - high mount brake light
194 - license plate
3157 - rear turns

I have superwhite LEDs in my front turns now and superwhites in the rear turns as well. I'll post some pics of those later if you like.
