I don't think the TRD struts were meant for the Gen3, I have them on my Gen4 (with Eibach springs) and it's very stiff, even on my stock OEM 15" tires. The normal running price is about $1200 USD for a set of four, since they are made by Bilstein.

The TRD struts are the same for the Gen4 and Solara. Ditto goes for KYB and Tokico brands.

I was planning to use Tokico for my struts since they're in the middle of comfort and performance. TRD struts maybe too stiff for me, is your supplier a Toyota dealer? If not do they sell Tokico struts? The cheapest price I found is shox.com $399 for the set, maybe they do a group buy if you want Tokico.
Check your mail for my message.

they retail about 1000 but if we can get it for 800 then that would be good!
