'07 factory stereo into an '04?

Hello all,

I'm hopeful someone here will know the answer to this.

I've got an '04 Solara SE, and I've recently come across an '07 Solara's stereo (factory, Model# 86120-06420)...The '07 stereo has FMx2, AM/SAT, CD/AUX, whereas my '04 SEs stereo is just FMx2, AM, CD (....which is why I'd like to swap them). I'm not too worried about the SAT, but having the 6-disc changer + the mp3 input would be great.

Will the '07 stero fit/function in the '04 car without any major headaches?

i think it will fit. as long as both cars did or did not have a factory amp then the wiring should plug right in as well.
