02 Solara Fuse Locations

I have a dash light and power outlet that has never worked, thinking it might be a fuse I checked the Manual.
It shows a panel behind the glove box but after wrestling it out, there is no fuse panel there, just wires.
Can anyone tell me where the interior fuses are located?

Underneath the dash to the left of the steering wheel by your knee there should be fuse tray.

Your Right..
Looking at the book I thought the glove box was pictured, it's the small change compartment. yanked that and there they are.
Unfortunately the fuse is good so there is another issue.
We've lived with it since 02, so I'm guessing it never will get fixed.
Thanks for the info, I'm sure it will come in handy later down the road.
