99 Solara Problems Pt. 2
Ok guys so we resolved my first issue with $1800 lol. Here's my newest stupid things I've done.
I went to replace the stock JBL head unit with a new one. Well stupid me didn't realize that because its a premium sound system that the standard wire harness for a 99 Solara doesn't fit...though 1 plug did and I proceeded with the installation...
Well...something went wrong. No dash lights, no hazard beams, and no turn signals. At first the turn signals would show but not blink, now they don't do anything...
I believe I blew a fuse...but where? I checked the fuse box under the hood located closest to the driver seat and all the fuses were good. Then I decided to hook up the stock head unit again and don't get any power Unless I use the plug that goes into the hazard beams and the standard stock harness. Then I got power but very little sound. I am completely baffled where the hell is the fuses for this stuff.
