Ok obviously I have a premium JBL sounds system in my 99 Solara. Anyway... after several attempts from a universal wire harness from Walmart I finally realized I had the completely wrong harness and needed this one.

Ok now I see this has 4 male RCA plugs but my aftermarket cd player only has two. Ok so I'll use a splitter. All is good right? Nope.
Now I still have my antenna, my RCAs for my subwoofers, my remote wire, and some other weird plug similar to the antenna?
My question is how can I integrate my subs into this? And what the hell is the other wire that looks like the antenna? (I think its the actual stock amp and if so, why does this harness say "factory amp integration"?
