Now air flow is locked on upper body no matter where you turn the knob. I can still control air flow rate, temperature, and the defroster works. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can I fix this myself or do I need to go to the mechanic? Can i replace the light bulbs myself? 1999 Toyota Solara SE (4 cyl/2.2L/ 4 speed automatic) Thanks!
