Has anyone installed the Sway Bar TRD has out there for the rear of a solara ?? IF so how have you liked it ??

Do sway bars give you less handling in the snow ?? I heard it's easier to loss control in the snow with a sway bar, is this true ??

THanks !

Yes, it'll be very easy to lose rear traction cornering in snow by putting in thicker rear swaybar.

But of course, that also depends on how fast you were going.

Dave, check these pictures out as this was installed on Howard's Solara a while back ago.

I actually took the circular on-ramp from Touhy to Edens going about 50-MPH on my stock steelies and it felt great! I lost Howard in my rear view mirror. I actually didn't drive it during the winter that much at all, so I can't comment on that. But overall, it is very worthwhile.

HAHAH, I totally know that ramp you're talking about, taking it at 50mph that's nice ! Hmm..I"ll have to think about maybe adding the TRD sway bar then. But need to save money for the rims first. How did Old Orchard go last weekend ??
Thanks Luc !
