I found a 2002 solara listed at $5000 which is great, but the car is not in perfect condition. I need to fix the paint on the front and back bumper, replace the rear right shock and then do a wheel alignment. What do you guys think my maximum paying price for this 2002 solara should be?

What we think isn't going to have much effect on the seller's price. Go to KBB.com and see what they say is the value for your area...

Well yeah I know that. I already researched it and everything and a good condition one is $5000. What I'm trying to ask is what should it cost with all the bad stuff that's happened to it?

is it the v6 version? what color ? more info? miles ? i recently say an ad for a 2001 or 2002 (i dont remember) v6 xle or what it is. the highest model. sunroof and leather and everything with like 55k miles for 5000 asking.

Its a 2002 silver SE model (lowest) with a 4 cyl. engine and 99k miles. No sunroof or leather, the inside is just what a standard interior would look like in a coupe.
