Solara dash lights replace

Does anyone know how difficult it is to replace the bulbs or lights in the dashboard on a 2000 Solara? Also is it necessary to take off the steering wheel to do this?

I believe the instrument cluster can be removed by removing the two screws above the gauge assembly. Once that piece comes out, remove the retaining screws for the gauge assembly, and remove the gauge assembly. The bulbs are located on the back of the gauge assembly. The steering wheel does not need to be removed for this procedure.
