99 Solara Speedometer problem

Hi Guys,

I think my lcd got burn so i can't really read the numbers on how many miles my car has been driven. has anyone have this type of problem before? Is it possible to swap the lcd on another cluster? to get this fix?

ive never heard of that problem before, as for swapping it would depend on wether the actual odometer is connected to the display, cause if it is you would need to get a new one and start from 0.

WHAT???
I'm guessing its a fuse...but if the rest of the speedo works/lights, maybe just go to a junker and buy a speedo from them. As far as odo readings, its not saved on your speedo (its just reads a reading on your sppedo). Its saved elsewhere...hence if you swap, your title won't reflect "milage unknown" or otherwise...Good luck!
