There are NO adjustable crossover capabilities on the OEM stock amp.

Unless you convert the shielded wire-type preamp level from the headunit to RCA, feed the crossover, then convert RCA back to feed the OEM amp, sure. However, you are altering the signals between the OEM headunit and amp, so you WILL pick up some noise. IMO, I don't think it's worth all that risk. You are better off getting a new headunit and an aftermarket amp.
