Any Toyota is pretty easy to install a system into. If you have any specific info, or just need some help, let any of us know. I have worked in Car Audio for 7 years now, and as you see in the Audio and Video section, there are a TON of knowledgable People out there.

not hard. i have a headunit, sub, and amp. the JBL system is a lil hard to wire into and ur stereo guys will have to do some different connectors for it. other than tht it should be no problem
hey guys...i wanted to install a sub on my Solie....but I dont want to take the stock stereo out....can i hook up an amp and subwoffer into that stereo...or do i have to buy a whole new one.....
There are ways to do this, but it's not really the best way. It's been a while since I talked with anyone about them, but I think that they're called line-level inputs. They allow you to hook the rear speaker connections into the amplifier. There are also converters that do the same thing (the speaker wire goes in RCAs come out). I think there is some pretty bad signal degradation, but I guess that would be something you have to live with if you want to keep the factory deck.
you can integrate into the JBL system no problem, in fact becauase you will be feeding the JBL amp a cleaner signal, your system should take a hike up in quality
And TADS: ur right bro a line-level converter (or hi-to-lo converter) You will loose say 20% of overall quality, not bad considering that you are leaving the rest of the system stock.
PIECE!

Cool, haven't lost all my knowledge since I left the car audio world (at least in a professional sense) 7 or 8 years ago .
so how would u go about intergrating the jbl system. Also is is true that if ur changing the stock deck for aftermarket u have to cross wire sum wires to bypass a factor amp?
