Solara 3.0 Engine Differences

I have a 2001 Toyota Solara with the 3.0 V-6 that I purchased with a blown engine. It has the 5spd tranny also. Is there any difference between engines with the auto. and engines with the manual transmissions? Also is there any difference between the Camry engine and the Solara engine? I know that they are rated differently for horsepower, but is that because of exhaust or fuel system differences. When I do a search through salvage yards, they don't come up the same.

Thanks

Interestingly enough, Toyota rated the Camry's V6 w/o VVT-i at 192hp/207lb-ft, but the Solara was 200hp/214lb-ft.
