Angry Egg smell from exhaust

I have a 2001 4cyl solara and can smell a egg smell from the exhaust. I had this happen before and took it to the dealership and they replaced one of the 02 sensors. Now it is doing it again and they told me that it is a normal condition. I have tried different grades of gas and still no luck.It seems like the car has no power and it sucks a lot more gas. I notice it more when I am on the freeway and when the car warms up. Could it be the cat or the 02 again? Please help I am sick of this smell!

I read that this is a symptom of a defective Catalytic Converter. Apparently a common problem on Solara's.
