retro fiting 1st gen with 1.5 gen

Is it a fairly simple swap to retro fit the headlights and tailights from a 2k3 solora on a 2000? I'm willing to bet you have to swap out the entire front end but I thought I'd ask out of curiousity. I know about swaping 6.5 gen Honda EK's entire front end with the 6th gen just to get the headlights and it's a major SOB.

Anyone done this?

I may be wrong, but the tails fit w/out a problem. The headlights though-full front swap and electrical swap. I'm not too sure how in depth it gets.

I thought about when I first got the modification bug, then was told about the hassle. Changed my mind real quick.
